I am telling you that, Suzuki of wichita is a completely different experience. There is an atmosphere that is non-manipulative but hospitable. I experienced and experience, availability to explain interpret and assist. I have to a half dozen places and you come to expect really the same set of questions, you know the “gotcha” pitch. That was NOT here. Of course they are here to sell cars and I come to inquire. My wife and I felt relaxed and eager to buy because it was our decision not coercion or trickery.
