Adam was great about my many questions- even doing background research on the car! Also Great about my many visits, he showed me a variety of cars and found one I liked! The whole “feeling of the dealership was open, welcoming and a good “all round” experience!
I use to be a Honda fan and I now drive a Suzuki and love it as much the Hondas! My first Suzuki was the Sx4 Sport, my husband and I were dropping off my mother-in-law’s XL7 and for an oil change and I spotted the crossovers and fell in love with them. Q: Is it true that your salespeople are Non-Commissioned?
A: Yes! Most salespeople in our industry get paid a percentage of the dealership profit. Thus, the more they "make" on you the more they keep (We call this "The Sins of Commission"). Our salespeople are salary based with customer service and volume incentives (nothing to do with profit everything to do with customer service). Our salespeople have no incentive to try and talk you into a certain vehicle since they are not paid on a percentage of the profit. This allows them to simply focus on YOUR NEEDS and WANTS and NOT on your pocketbook.
