WOW! this was truly the best car buying experience ever! This was my 1st brand new car so I was excited and a little nervous, Ruben was GREAT he told me he wasted me to be comfortable with the purchase and he understood how big of a decision this was for me. WOW! what salesmen cares if you’re comfortable as long as you buy what they are selling. Ruben was not pushy and didn’t try to rush me even though the dealership had been closed for two hours. I have already told several friends about my unbelievable experience with this dealership and Ruben I cant say enough about Ruben, he made this an unforgettable experience, he is truly an asset to Suzuki of Wichita.
Lets face it none of us are perfect and my credit and my husbands credit are just as human as the rest of us. Ruben was able to find away to get my family into a brand new Sx4, I have no idea how, they are miracle workers! I thought I was going to settle for a unreliable used car with a load of miles and an iffy history. my job is 80 miles from my home and I need a reliable vehicle to get from home to there and they did it! They were not horribly pushy like other places. The dealership itself is incredibly family friendly, it also has things to do for the kids and keep them busy. Everyone is friendly and it feels like they like kids so it was not traumatizing to anyone. Then they offered to deliver my new car to my house, this place is what all car dealerships should strive to be!!

Me and my wife have gone to several car dealerships before entering into Suzuki of wichita, there was a night and day difference compared to the others. Suzuki personnel hold the door open for you, greet you with a smile, and most importantly they are extremely honest and very knowledgeable. Q: Is it true that your salespeople are Non-Commissioned?
A: Yes! Most salespeople in our industry get paid a percentage of the dealership profit. Thus, the more they "make" on you the more they keep (We call this "The Sins of Commission"). Our salespeople are salary based with customer service and volume incentives (nothing to do with profit everything to do with customer service). Our salespeople have no incentive to try and talk you into a certain vehicle since they are not paid on a percentage of the profit. This allows them to simply focus on YOUR NEEDS and WANTS and NOT on your pocketbook.
