We saw an ad in a car shopper magazine and Tom began to research (Ridehomehappy.com) the “crossover”. That week (on a rainy, dark evening nearly two hours away) we went to “Suzuki of Wichita!” and met Tyler and Spencer. They were patient with us, as we were there long after closing. We returned again that week to begin the process to purchase the car. Again a late evening with no hurry or rush to get done, Tyler and Jimmy, that night, helped us. I even enjoyed watching the world series in a recliner with Starbucks Coffee, while Tom bought accessories . The following week we returned to complete everything. Again everyone was happy, friendly and helpful! We met the owner, had hamburgers and even our dog Thelma Lou was treated special and got attention. Actually to sum it up, this was a great experience and most of all I felt like Suzuki of Wichita is part of the family! I’m sure we’ll return.
