This is, by far, the coolest car buying experience anyone could ever be a part of. Mark Morris and the sales staff isn’t just trying to “sell” you a car…but develop lifelong relationships with their clients.
I would call you “crazy” to not give these guys every opportunity to help you into your next vehicle!
It’s been awhile since I’ve purchased a car. I have been looking at 4-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles for several months. I wanted to maintain a certain budget. Mark Morris and Suzuki of Wichita helped me find a small all-wheel drive vehicle in the color I love and the price/payment range I can afford. The experience has been pleasant. Mark showed me different options. I am eagerly waiting to show off my New Suzuki SX4 Crossover to my friends, family, and co-workers.
We had a very enjoyable experience. Mark was very helpful in answering all of the thousands of questions we asked. Mark was very pleasant and upfront with us. Mark let us take the XL7 home and test drive overnight and get familiar with it, which made our buying decision much easier. I would definitely recommend Mark to all my family and friends.
I appreciated the “Low Key” approach for sales. I do not enjoy the “high” pressure salesmen. I appreciated being allowed to test drive without having a salesman go with me. Sometimes you just need time to think about the drive without extra pressure. Mark was (super) friendly and a good listener.
Kris and Danielle Zimmerman found Suzuki of Wichita by way of referral from Dani’s father (Chuck Gunther). I helped Chuck with his Forenza and he loved his experience so much…he sent his daughter and son-in-law to see us.
Kris and Dani were driving a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan with 95,000 miles…it was time for an upgrade. They drove the Suzuki Grand Vitara and the Suzuki XL7. The seating, space, and features of the XL7 worked perfectly for their needs.
Here is a few things they are going to tell their friends about Suzuki of Wichita…
“Great place to buy a new vehicle. Very knowledgeable staff. We also really like the no hassle, no pressure sales. Family friendly showroom…our kids were busy the whole time we were there. We had to pull them away when it was time to leave! We will definitely buy from here again!
Q: Is it true that your salespeople are Non-Commissioned?
A: Yes! Most salespeople in our industry get paid a percentage of the dealership profit. Thus, the more they "make" on you the more they keep (We call this "The Sins of Commission"). Our salespeople are salary based with customer service and volume incentives (nothing to do with profit everything to do with customer service). Our salespeople have no incentive to try and talk you into a certain vehicle since they are not paid on a percentage of the profit. This allows them to simply focus on YOUR NEEDS and WANTS and NOT on your pocketbook.
