We were in the market for a new car to replace a total loss. We knew we didn’t have a lot of money and did plenty of research ahead of time on quality, value, reliability and of course bang for the buck. We had narrowed down to about three different types of vehicles. Suzuki was our first stop, we were both a little skeptical, we heard all the advertisements, but had bouts about quality and price. Undoubtedly, the most stress free car shopping and car purchasing experience ever.  Zack was helpful, friendly, approachable, and seemed excited about my purchase.  I usually have to car shop without my husband.  From past experience (bad ones), I took my teenage son with me because most car salesmen I have encountered have been…CREEPY!  There is No creepiness here!

I came alone to close the deal, expecting to at least have to haggle some over some aspect (again from past experience).  Zack and Spencer were both super nice and professional.  The price I expected to pay was the the price they presented.  The amount I expected for my trade in was the amount presented.
